While our main doors might look a little different right now, we havent gone anywhere. We are officially operating out of a pop-up store just outside and we are fully ready to help.

Same friendly faces, same expert advice - just a slightly different view. Come stop by and say hi!

As I have done previously I was putting an order together for ho
me delivery when the website indicated that our home in Eastbourne was now outside the area for home delivery
Can you confirm that this is the case?

We shall be running slightly reduced opening hours over the course of the Easter Weekend

Friday 10-8pm
Saturday 9-7pm
Sunday Closed
Monday 10-5pm

There are a couple of wines in the wine club that you can’t seem to get the Rasteau 2020 and more recently the Romitoro. ? It’s frustrating find if a wine only to be sold there isn’t any ? Is this a regular occurrence for wine club members ?

The wines that you receive in the wine club boxes get released for general sale a few weeks after the cases have been sent out. This gives you a chance to be able to try the wines in the case and then purchase the ones you like before non wine club members

The opening times above are inaccurate. Despite on the store door it specifically saying this store is open today (2nd Jan from 10-5), after driving an hour, we found everything closed. Not yet used Majestic and we are hoping to order a large order for our wedding so hoping this isn't what we can come to expext of the customer service generally.

We still have some spaces left but our cut off for guaranteed delivery is 12pm tomorrow

With the lead up to Christmas well under way, our delivery slots are already booking up quickly and we are now looking between a 5-7 day lead time for deliveries to be fulfilled

We deliver out 6 days a week and will be delivering in these areas on these days;

Monday & Thursday - BN6, RH15, RH16, BN9, BN10
Tuesday & Friday - BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23, BN24, BN25, BN26M TN39
Wednesday & Saturday - BN27, TN22, TN21, BN8

All local deliveries will be delivered at their next available slot

On Friday 5th November we will be closing early due to the Bonfire night celebrations here in Lewes

I ordered some wine to be delivered. On opening the box I discovered an error had been made. I phoned the store to report this and get the error rectified. Noone answered the phone and I had to leave a message. There was no reply, so the following day I phoned again. Again no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message again. I have still not heard back 48 hours later. This is very bad service when not only is an error made but it is impossible to report it and get it rectified
