    I have been trying to call you a number of times to order some wine but all you get is leave a message to be called back. NO CALL BACK So I’ve given up and will go elsewhere

    Little disappointed, I've been awaiting an email to say the Hawkstone Kegs were in stock.   Rang this morning and told they had 1, drove down to collect it and was informed that they've had 2 delivery's of Hawkstone kegs.   If the store only gets 3 kegs at a time maybe a Pre-order system might work better, at least that way the store will get the stock in with minimum waste.

    I had the same issue as P Thompson below - parking ticket. The staff did not point out the requirement to enter my number plate. I only occasionally visit the store so was unaware. It was easy to cancel the charge by phoning in to the shop (fingers crossed), but quite annoying nonetheless.

    Having spent £1000 on wine 4 days ago and parking in YOUR parking space I have just received a bloody ticket for £100. I AM LIVID. if you want me to come back please ring me urgently with a plan to cancel it or I will never spend another penny at Majestic and I buy a lot of wine. There was no lighting, pitch black to read any signs and I parked in your marked bay. you also never asked me to do any sign in! 24 hours.

    I visited today and the tasting counter was not in operation, only one person who wasn't very friendly.
    I used to enjoy my visits to this store and the different to taste and I always bought some! Certainly not the same anymore!!!!

    Just wanted to thank Dean again , as usual his recommendations are faultless,the rose we bought today is delicious.He is always ,helpful,friendly and very knowledgeable,a real credit to the company of Majestic.Thank you Dean !

    I visited Majestic Wines this morning and was impressed by the member of staff, Dean, who helped me choose the type of wine I was interested in.   He was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and made the whole experience enjoyable.   This will be my Wine Merchant of choice from now on.

    Just been in to Havant branch to buy a  gift and it's lovely to encounter an enthusiastic, knowledgeable helpful staff member. Would definitely recommend Majestic to anyone looking for help and advice on wines.

    Hi, wanted to give some feedback regarding the service my husband and I have received in your Havant store the last few times we’ve been in. Each time we are served by Maria. She always welcomes with a warm endearing way. She makes herself available yet not imposing. Her knowledge and conversation is wonderful. She is a real asset to your Havant branch and your company.
    I work in retail and know how easy some customers can complain. I really wanted to take the time to give positive feedback. We really enjoy coming in and will do again soon. Well done.

    We will be closing early this Sunday 29th January at 3pm - this is to allow our colleagues to attend our Majestic Christmas party. We will be open again as usual at 10am Monday 30th January.
