I collected an order this morning from the Bangor Caernarfon Rd store. What fab service! Great engagement with the gentleman who also carried my order to the car for me. I really only use the store at Christmas to collect my Bollinger but, as I also had a great experience when I collected my order last year from now on I will go out of my way to use the store more. Thanks for the friendly service. See you again soon

First visit. Very friendly air conditioning. It was a real treat from a very rare HOT Welsh day. UK holiday rather than Spain!!!! We came from the Midlands where we shop regularly in Stourbridge. I was welcomed after (15) minutes of walking the store. Staff seemed to be arguing about something or other…, I heard a few things I won’t mention!!!!!! but anyway…. it was welcomed to leave me to e so I could crack on with finding my favourites. Not many were there, so Stourbridge obviously has better stock. Seems the company send the dregs to a store on the outer limits?. Anyway. We Found a deal, went as far as I could as I don’t want to go to a bargain outlet last minute or support any other wine businesses in the area as it was limited. Great parking, (when you could get past the cars fuelling up in the a-joining petrol station. Wines boxed, taken to my car, done…. But Bangor…… step it up. Remember you’re part of a big group. Stourbridge rocks!
Sorry to be truthful. I didn’t want to say anything on the day and embarrass your staff or managers/assistants. It was poor.

We’re open as usual with strictly limited customer numbers in place to ensure everyone’s safety. Please check the traffic light system at the front door, and wait until the light is green and it is safe to enter.

You can place orders as normal by email or by phone, for collection or home delivery.

When emailing us your order, please include:

• Your name, address and contact number.

• The wines, beers and spirits (with quantities) you'd like to order.

• Please put COLLECTION or DELIVERY in the subject line.

• Please do not email your card details, we will call you to arrange payment and confirm your order. Deliveries are not guaranteed until confirmed by the store team.
